Walking Score, No. 1

Walk around a defined space at your normal pace. Not too fast. Not too slow. Think of tracing lines that outline the space’s perimeter and also of lines that traverse all its enclosed area. While walking, visualize the journey you took to get from your home to this place. Begin to hold straight arms in front of you as you walk. As you replay the journey to yourself, let your right arm turn you to the right each time a right turn occurs in the remembered journey. Do the opposite for each left turn. If any type of movement other than walking (e.g., stairs, escalator, car, train, etc.) is used in your remembered journey, add a different movement to indicate this. Do not lose your p(l)ace.
