Two and Eight [2017]
Architecture has a willingness to establish a dialog between itself and a mover. There is a palimpsest of performance and a space’s history that holds substance extending beyond connotation; a space has its own story to share, and a body can be a mouthpiece. This work was crafted in a space where I had spent considerable time over 12 years. One last story was to be left in that place before it was allowed to remain vacant.

The crowd so thick the tread so deep the glance so different the sword.
